Oceanfront Home with Private Balcony & Private Beach

Great location, great space, proactive and responsive communication. No downsides, just a pleasant place to rest and recharge.

We had a great stay overall—giving 4 stars for a few reasons. The 180 ocean view was magnificent. Listening to the waves crash was heavenly. We loved the privacy of being in Unit B. The decor was on-theme, with quality, solid furnishings and lots of seating. The kitchen was well-stocked (pots, pans, seasonings, foil, etc.). The gas stove was brand new, the fridge was a great size, and the patio electric grill worked perfectly. Beds were comfortable and the space worked well for our group of 6–7.Now, why 4 stars: the master shower has visible black mildew, and the jetted tub is outdated and yellowing. Kitchen counters are peeling, the sink is old, very small, and was barely draining when we arrived. A plumber fixed it, but still inconvenient. The window ledges also show water damage.Unexpected visits were frustrating: the door handle in the master was broken and had to be fixed; an internet tech came; then an unannounced patio inspector arrived. I had to confirm he was legit—he mentioned the owner lives across the driveway and she confirmed & said I should have been made aware of the inspection. Later, the property manager let herself in without knocking while my pregnant daughter-in-law was napping—unacceptable. The patio also has a live motion camera, which felt intrusive.The view is a 10, and staff responded quickly. The stay was still lovely and the value fair, but with a few updates and better communication, this could easily be a 5-star rental.

We had a wonderful stay at this clean and beautifully decorated beach condo. The spacious rooms provided a perfect setting for our family to relax and celebrate Mom's 80th birthday. Falling asleep to the soothing sound of ocean waves was such a special experience. The comfortable living and dining areas were ideal for lounging and playing games while enjoying stunning ocean views. The well-stocked kitchen had all the tools we needed to prepare snacks and meals with ease. Parking in the garage was convenient, and there was plenty of street parking for our additional guests. We loved using the provided beach chairs to sit on the private beach and watch the sunset. Overall, this rental helped us create incredible family memories and made Mom's milestone birthday truly special!
